Rachael Charles

I joined Jubal about 2 ½ years ago. When I joined my voice was really rusty as I hadn’t done any serious singing for about 7 years, so I was a little unsure about whether I’d really enjoy it. The choir was only small when I joined, but it quickly grew gaining new singers and musicians, and before I knew it I had been caught up in the momentum of the thing.

I married Dave Charles (the guitarist) last October, and we are both really grateful to Jubal for providing the music at our wedding, and for all the support the choir gave us in the weeks leading up to our big day. Jubal was where we got to know each other well, and so as you can imagine, being part of the choir has meant a lot to me.
